The Clancy, Autograph Collection in San Francisco is a pleasant place with consistently courteous and immensely pleasant staff at the reception desk. The location is marvellous and absolutely perfect, close to very good restaurants like the Salt House, Hope & Anchor, Gotts, and the Slanted Door.

Everything was awesome, pretty friendly staff, exceptional views of the downtown. It was a decent size and well-designed, good enough for holiday. Great and absolutely perfect location to everything in downtown made it easy to get to key attractions. An attached restaurant at ground floor was an advantage. I had relaxing days staying at this good basic hotel.

Had an amazing dinner at a fantastic restaurant. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the bathroom was huge! 🛁

Also, location was incredible, not too far from Sun Terrace. Everybody was helpful and attentive.

Loved our stay there and would return there. All in all everything was great, had a nice stay for the holidays. The staff were efficient, a real pleasure to deal with. The venue's position was central. Moreover, the area was nice.

The room was lovely and modern, well-appointed, with magnificent views of downtown. the location was fantastic, close to many interesting places. - the interior design was nice. - the hotel is at a medium distance from Benu, and I dined there a couple of times.

It was not possible to place an extra bed in the room for our youngest daughter. This is not the first hotel in California where it happened - I would recommend families not to count on this service (even that Booked.net offers it).

The hotel is perfectly situated, close to the business district, as well as the cable car stop and the Ferry Building, making it ideal for getting around easily; the breakfast provided here is generous and satisfying.

Good location 15mins walking distance from Union Square. Spacious rooms.

Breakfast was not included in the price, the extra charge was $22 per person. Parking in the hotel was not free. It costed $60 per day. The already expensive room became even more expensive.
